Meet your new Online Classes (and how to grab a free one)

Hey there fellow Isolators!

One of the things I’ve found hardest during this time is to create some sort of routine that works for me and keeps my brain sane(ish). Anchoring my diary around key fitness activities has really helped, and I’m lucky that this is possible for me.

With this in mind, I’ve put together a class schedule and class types that might help you add some structure to your fitness. Having something regularly scheduled makes it easier to “opt in” and less likely that it will fall by the wayside.

Check out the class types and hopefully there will be a combination that suits you! Each class is a very manageable 40mins long and costs £9. There are value class packs available too which reduces your per-class cost and makes booking faster.

Tips to keep yourself moving

  1. Make regular times for exercise, and get them in your calendar (classes are great for this!)

  2. Make those times non-negotiable - this is you prioritising your health

  3. “Grab” a mate to help you stay accountable - you can “meet” in online classes!
