The best part of the GBF Dead Hang Challenge was watching everyone’s times progress, even in the space of a week.
So, here’s the good news - we are going to be running a GBF Challenge each month, starting December 1st!
This competition is about beating your own time and achieving new PBs, not about getting the best single result - it’s about progressing and improving on your own journey.
Monthly GBF Challenge
Here’s how it will work:
Each month I will announce the challenge, which will be either reps or time-based.
If you’re a Strong Club member, taking part is simple! We’ll do the challenge in each Strong Club Class for that month, and I will record your results. If you’re not in the Strong Club already, head over to our Strong Club page and grab your first class for free! I’ll be coaching you through the challenge to help you ace your form and smash that progression!
For anyone submitting from home, be sure to tag @gracebrownfitness and #GBFChallenge on IG along with your result - remember, submit a result at the beginning of the month and then show me your progression!
The winner will be the person who achieved the biggest % change in their results, from the beginning of the month to the end.
The GBF Champion will be crowned at the end of each month on Instagram.
