Accelerator

The Accelerator is a 6-week program for anyone serious about sport; you play sport regularly and you want to level up!

Focused on getting you fitter, faster and stronger for sport, we test in week 1 and 6 and you have a personalized training programme focused on strength, speed/agility, and mobility.

Check-ins calls for 1-1 reviews to track progress and weekly online check-ins to stay accountable.

Strong Stretch Class

Everyone's welcome to the FREE Strong Stretch Class.

Mixing yoga and other disciplines for flexibility, mobility and stability in your joints and muscles.

We’ll be working the core, balance and stretching. You’ll feel nice and warm after this class, open to all abilities, and it's totally FREE. Classes are online, Wednesday at 7am GMT.
