Fitness Plan
Options
1 to 1 Personal Training
Delivered over video call - join from wherever you are! This is the most individualised process to help you achieve your goals. Sessions include a thorough initial consultation, goal setting, full measurements, a personalised training program according to your goals. and optional nutrition and supplement planning.
Fitness Consultation
If you're looking for advice, want to check that you're on the right track, need to refocus or want to explore new options, book in for a fitness consultation where you'll chat with Grace directly. One off or regular, the frequency is up to you! This is a great option if you love taking classes and want to make each week count with a training regiment that suits you.
Buddy Training
If you prefer to train with a mate or up to 3 mates, these sessions are perfect for you - you don't even need to be in the same city! Encourage each other to achieve, share your journey and still get a highly individualised, personal training experience. You’ll each have a free one to one video consult prior to begin.
Personal Training Program Delivered Online
If you prefer to workout alone but want to make every session count, this is a great option. After an initial in-person/video session where we will go through goals, assess movement patterns and more, you’ll receive a personalised workout program for you to carry out in your own time. Get a one-off program or have regular check ins and program updates. Perfect for those training for an event!
Classes
Check out the class schedule for a video group class that works for you. They’ll be run over Zoom and you don’t need any equipment. Book in directly through the class schedule and pay by card or using available credits in your account. We’ll send you the Zoom link prior to the class. Class sizes are limited so that we can still provide a personalised experience. We also do some ad hoc in person classes in Islington - keep an eye on the schedule!

In creating your fitness plan, we will look at all the factors that affect your life and what you want to achieve. Using the variables available through our modules, the plan we put together will be realistic, sustainable, and will help you smash your goals.

Mobility, StabilIty & Balance

A Typical Training Session
We start with mobility and stretching, then move into strength and fitness conditioning.
You will be working with whatever you have available to you, if anything. We will keep it fun, motivating you to push yourself. Above all, we will make sure you are comfortable with the movements and help you execute them with perfect form, keeping your goals at the core of your individualised program.
