I’m here to help you discover how empowering chin ups can be. Being strong is so much more than just an aesthetic goal - it can completely change your mindset.

I want you to walk taller; feel more confident when you’re tackling new situations and prove to yourself that you are capable of handling whatever life throws at you.

In case you hadn’t realised - chin ups are my thing. To me, they represent a higher level of strength. Being able to complete a perfect chin up is the ultimate confidence boost. 

When I first started, I wasn’t able to do a single chin up. I wanted to teach my clients to do them, but clearly, I had to be able to do them myself first. From then on, learning how to do chin ups became my goal. I worked on it every day - building strength in my upper body and working on my technique. Once I cracked it, there was no stopping me.

With more 10 years of experience, I’ve help women all over the world to regain their strength, fitness and most importantly confidence! I know what it to build a truly empowered body (and mind), and now I want to help you do the same.
