How do I know which level is right for me? Check out the pre-tests for each level.

 

Bundle - Levels 1-3

Best Value! Grab this pack to level up at your own pace.

Level 1

Pre-test: For everyone - if you’re just starting out, want to perfect your technique and get back to basics. If you can hang from a bar, you can give this a go!

Level 2

Pre-test: You should be able to do an isometric hold for 15 seconds or more at the top of the bar.

Level 3

Pre-test: You should be able to do an isometric hold for 30 seconds or more at the top of the bar.

 

The Workout Sessions

Each Level is comprised of 2 full gym sessions, taking you through full workouts that build the strength and mobility that you need to execute your first perfect chin up.

How to use the Workouts

You can add them to your current training regimen or use them as standalone workouts. Each session will take you around 20mins once you are familiar with the movements.

What equipment do I need?

To complete the programs you’ll need access to a bar, TRX or rings, resistance bands, a mat and dumbbells.

The book and tracking sheets include everything you need to succeed: vital information about grips; how to perfect your technique; links to videos and explanations for every movement and ability to track your progress.
