Owner & Head Coach

Meet Grace

A qualified personal trainer and strength & conditioning coach, with a BSc Hons in Sport and Exercise Science, who has spent her life on the sports field. Grace has trained with everyone from stressed out mums and badass lawyers to elite athletes, all over the world.  

Her experience as an athlete - she has represented England for Tag Rugby, Table Tennis and on the running track - has fueled her interest in human movement and health.

Grace’s career in the fitness industry began in Australia, with the National Australian Institute of Personal Trainers where she gained experience working alongside leading industry figures.

Grace has worked with Strength and Conditioning Coaches at the Australian Women’s Rugby 7s Team, Surfing Australia High Performance Centre and a number of professional rugby league teams such as the Cronulla Sharks & Sydney Roosters.

Having spent over ten years perfecting her craft as a personal trainer and coach, Grace is able to utilise a range of techniques to help her clients achieve their goals including nutrition, mobility, lifestyle and strength & conditioning training.

Grace enjoys helping people reach their health & fitness goals, especially when they don’t think they can. Loves encouraging both men and women to lift weights and get strong as they feel empowered.


Amelia

Meet Amelia

Amelia is a Personal Trainer and Graduate Sports Therapist with a specialist focus on sports performance and injury prevention. With seven years of military experience under her belt – including flying a C-130 Hercules in Afghanistan – she brings a level of discipline, resilience, and precision to her coaching that few can match.

A working mum and passionate athlete, Amelia recently completed her first triathlon and her first 24-hour team running event around Loch Ness. She knows what it means to push through barriers, juggle real-life demands, and still show up at the start line.

Amelia's background in sports therapy allows her to blend performance training with injury rehab and prevention strategies, helping clients not just get fit – but stay fit. Whether you're returning to sport after injury, chasing a new PB, or simply trying to feel strong and capable again, Amelia builds programs that are effective, personalised, and sustainable.

With a sharp eye for movement, a heart for service, and a no-nonsense approach honed in the armed forces, Amelia is a coach who will have your back every step of the way.
